The copyrights of the entries belong to the entrants, but the organizer reserves the right to publish the winning entries, school names, names, etc. on its website and in magazines. Please understand this beforehand. If the organizer wishes to use the submitted works for its own business purposes, we will consult with you separately.

Please take into consideration the copyrights of the photographs and illustrations to be used in the works, and use those that you have taken or created yourself. Entries must not infringe on the copyrights of others, either in whole or in part.

If any copyright infringement or any other questionable situation is discovered after winning a prize, the entrant will be solely responsible for it. In such cases, the organizer reserves the right to cancel the prize at its discretion.

Please note that the duration of the competition may be subject to change or cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances.

Personal information will be used by the organizer and the National KENKOMI Executive Committee for the purpose of receiving entries, making inquiries, notifying the results of the judging, and providing information on other matters deemed necessary for the operation of the competition, as well as for the next and subsequent editions. As a general rule, personal information will not be used for any other purpose or provided to any third party without the consent of the person concerned, except as required by law.
